Weekdays: 7:00 PM - 12:00 AM
I am the youngest of 8 kids. My mom, albeit a crazy woman, is one of the strongest people I know. My husband and I moved to Charlotte in 1995 after living in Florida for 25 years (minus the 3 months I lived in Hilton Head). I could never move back to Florida after living in this climate. Most of our family is still there, so we visit, but not for too long. Interesting tidbit on why I am in this business....On my 8th birthday, my disc jockey brother, who is 17 years older than I, dedicated Joe Cocker's "You Are So Beautiful" to me on the air. I was so mesmerized by the notion of affecting people in such a way; so from that second on I knew what I wanted to do with my life. Radio is the theater of the mind.
